As is probably the case with most people, I was not looking forward to getting a new car and dealing with the hassle of the car salesman. However, after a friend recommended Generation Kia (I didn't even have a Kia at the time- I was driving a Toyota RAV4) and Bob G., I can honestly say that the experience ended up being painless... Bob was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and not like I was getting robbed blind. When it comes to costs, I feel that I not only got a fair price, but a great price with no funny business. I made a service appointment to get remote start installed, and I had no issues. And when it came to financing, the fellow I dealt with (Mike) was also very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My overall experience was fantastic. When my wife goes for a new car, we are definitely going back here! More
My Husband and I purchased an Optima back in September 2013. Dwayne Roberts was the Dealer who assisted us and he was wonderful!! We had visited 2 other Kia dealers and both times found them to be frust 2013. Dwayne Roberts was the Dealer who assisted us and he was wonderful!! We had visited 2 other Kia dealers and both times found them to be frustrating and pushy which made us uncomfortable. We were going to go buy a different type of car ( Hyundai) but decided to try one more Kia Dealership. Mr. Roberts made the whole experience easy and pleasant. We never felt like he was trying to "convince" us or push us. Dwayne answered all of our endless questions with a smile and never made us feel like we were being a bother. We would definitely tell our family and friends to go to Generation Kia, and we would tell them to ask for Dwayne. More

My name is John. My wife and I purchased a Kia Sorento about a month ago. We came into the dealership on a Saturday with my father to purchase a vehicle. We had some personal financial issues to work through which made purchasing the vehicle a little difficult...However, your sales employee Chris Carratura was 100% dedicated to making us happy and comfortable. He really wanted to help us to get into a vehicle which our family needed. Chris seemed more interested in making us happy and helping us get into a vehicle than actually making the sale. He is a very very wonderful person to deal with and I would not consider him a typical salesman. He has people skills which set him apart from many other sales people we have encountered in our past. I am very happy to rate Chris with 5's across the board. He followed up with us along the purchase process which took a few days, and in the end, he seemed very happy that he was able to help us. Chris is a wonderful asset to the Kia family and you should be very proud of his service and dedication to the Kia brand. He will with no doubt be our saleman for future Kia purchases. To further add, While waiting for my Kia to be serviced last week due to a minor leak in the windshield seal, I would also like to mention that John in the Service department was also very helpful and made our first experience with your service department a pleasure. AND in addition, while waiting in your waiting area last week, I also had the pleasure of having a random conversation with a salesman named Lou. He saw me sitting there and came over to say hello.....20 minutes later, I was convinced that KIA is a company that appears to employ people who actually care about their customers in a way I have not encountered until coming into Generation Kia. I just purchased a used vehicle from generation kia my sales person Jamal was great. The whole staff seemed willing to make my purchase a comfortable and easy process, I had slight credit issues but Jamal sales person Jamal was great. Just an update that i need to share... KIA MOTORS has done absolutely nothing for me... they are still giving me the run around in regards to my engine .. and now i have condensation in my headlight.. th done absolutely nothing for me... they are still giving me the run around in regards to my engine .. and now i have condensation in my headlight.. the dealership tells me that they will order me a new headlight.. but then when i speak with corporate they tell me that the dealership will not replace it unless there is a puddle of water in it.. it will be almost a month that the dealership promised me they would call me to tell me when the headlight came in.. meanwhile they have no clue that i spoke with corporate and still have not contacted me .. you would think the people at KIA MOTORS would know what their talking about first off.. and second of all you think if they couldn't replace it i would have been notified.. nahhh they got my money and thats all they care about.. SO DONT BUY A KIA.. THE DEALERSHIPS DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.. THEY CARE ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF CARS THEY SELL EACH MONTH... AND THEY DONT BACK UP THEIR MAGICAL WARRANTY ... so do i contact better business bureau or consumer affairs? More
We knew we wanted a Kia Soul and came to Generation Kia because they had the most selection on the lot. We got the color we wanted and also with a manual transmission. When it came to the financing, Dominick was also very helpful and even got us a better interest rate than expected. We have the car a week and love it.
