We were embarrassed and humiliated because the truck we wanted was out of our budget and were made to wait 4 hours. Glad to say though, that it was the complete opposite here. Mike worked with our budget and was fast and efficient. It made our car shopping experience better in the end. I even found out that the water and iced tea he gave me was money out of his pocket.
