I needed to take my time buying this car. I was undecided between 3 different makes. Noone at Kia Generation rushed or pressured me. Beware, know what you are buying. Purchased a certified used 2022 Kia Carnival with a “clean” Carfax. Pushed me right away to leave a positive review, even prior to me driving off Purchased a certified used 2022 Kia Carnival with a “clean” Carfax. Pushed me right away to leave a positive review, even prior to me driving off. Shady practice in itself. They cleaned it up nice when I went to pick it up, only to find overspray on the car. Was told it was from detailed…ceramic coating. They got it off the windshield, yet I couldn’t get it off the paint. Too, it to my body shop who had to wet sand it to get it off. Also was told by body shop that there had been damage to the right front fender. When brought it to the attention of Generation Kia, they said that they relied on the Carfax. They don’t go over the car during multipoint certification. Problem is, if the car was traded in with damage and they fix it, they don’t have to report it to Carfax. Very shady business practice. Buyer beware. That being said, car runs well. Would I purchase from them again? No. More

I saw a used 2019 BMW X3 online on their dealership website. As I went to dealership I was approached by Ricky. I told him what I was interested in and he went right to work.
