Waited 10 minutes at Parts Dept. for someone to help, unable to quote cost for programming a new fob & had to go to Service for that info, service dept rep unable to pronounce a four for someone to help, unable to quote cost for programming a new fob & had to go to Service for that info, service dept rep unable to pronounce a four letter last name, although service was completed, while waiting, I perused new cars, not one sales person approached since they were all busy chatting together and ignoring a possible buyer. I’ve seen this characteristic of Genes sales people in the past and find it amusing they are still in business. So nope, I don’t give high marks to Genes at all! More

Dealership is very friendly, have attempted to solve my issues on a Ram 1500 that was special ordered through them. There has been attempts to get the truck equipped as I ordered it, but that still has not issues on a Ram 1500 that was special ordered through them. This wasn’t my best experience with the service department. 2021 Ram 3500, I was there for 6 hours waiting when it was only supposed to take an hour. The decided to fix my recalls instead of the pr department. 2021 Ram 3500, I was there for 6 hours waiting when it was only supposed to take an hour. The decided to fix my recalls instead of the problem it was there for and told me the tech ran out of time for me and that I would have to bring it back in. I wasn’t happy and asked them why they didn’t fix the problem first and worry about recalls second. I wasn’t happy so Susan had the tech Ramon Gonzalez finish it. The tech was pissed and gave me a huge attitude when I approached him when he drove my truck around. He never said a word to me and slammed my truck door and walked by me while I was asking him a question. His customer service is terrible and a poor attitude that needs to be put in check. More
