We gave them a days advanced notice we were coming to look at it, but the salesman knew very little about the car and even told me it had Bluetooth when in fact it doesn't. When I asked the salesman about plugging in my phone, how to take down the hood etc. No one seemed to know. I have to say, the make of the car was different (Pontiac Solstice) you don't see many of these on any lot, but given the notice, and the exact time we were coming, I would have thought they would have brushed up on the knowledge to make the sale. Otherwise the dealership was clean and everyone was very friendly, paperwork went smooth, vehicle was priced right. More

Our salesman listened to the options and features we wanted and found us our vehicle we had been dreaming about. That was until we saw one of the vehicles on the showroom floor. Not even close to what we wanted, but it looked unique. Hadn't seen one around like that before. We test drove what we thought was our dream vehicle but, we both kept talking about the one in the showroom. The salesman gave us a price of the showroom beauty and now we had a difficult decision to make. There again, no pressure from the dealership. We pondered for a few days, and decided to buy the showroom beauty. Glad we went with Gene Steffy, they not only listen to you, they give you other options that just might make you think.....mmmm. Great job guys! More

I was pleased with the sales and finance staff with their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that I walked away satisfied. I was happy with the negotiations on price with the salesman. The finance guy even had to make a short trip into to town to help me with an ignition issue with the car during the test drive. I was using the wrong keys to start the car after my personal inspection. He was very professional and did not get upset or seemed to bothered by the unnecessary trip to down.
