They go out of their way to handle any pr I am so impressed by the service and customer relations at Gene Steffy Ford in Columbus, Nebraska. They go out of their way to handle any problems I've had with my 2008 Lincoln Town Car. Amazing Service! First visit was help getting the "stuck" hood lever open. No charge but super friendly help. Second was a dead battery for my 2008 Lincoln Town Car. A technician came out and jumped it, followed me to the dealership to make sure I got there ok. Put in new battery. The last visit was an alarm (hocking) that kept going off. This was due to a handful of change I tossed in the ash tray and just happened to get a dime lodged in the lighter hole. It shorted out something and caused the problem. I also became ill while waiting and Doug personally drove me home. He is one of the great service managers. Throw in a couple of oil changes and every time I go there I am so pleased with the outcome. I'll be returning whenever my car needs service. Thanks, guys. More
