bought a lemon back in 2015. 2012 focus had a nightmare of a transmission from day 1! multiple attempts after them saying they dynoed it being "sufficiently working" i gave up 2012 focus had a nightmare of a transmission from day 1! multiple attempts after them saying they dynoed it being "sufficiently working" i gave up because they said a tranny slipping was "normal!" i parked the car at home and the radiator drained itself in my street. they had me call my insurance company and say it was a "hit and run," I NEVER HIT NOTHING! only to find out the car had been previously wrecked and patched for the buyer to be a sucker, ME! what really happened was some cooling plate never opened and it overheated, which was another part of the lemon that they knowingly not telling me about didn't work.
