I received an email for a $39. 95 oil change for my 23 Telluride. We made an appointment to have it done and referred to the email. When we questioned the price compared to the email price I was told to see the coupon as it states is for 5 Qts and they would charge for additional. I showed the office clerk there was nothing about that. He said it was a corporate thing that needed to be fixed but ultimately agreed to adjust the additional $20. More

It was the first time I had ever had an experience with your Service Dept. Kyle was very polite. Very helpful. My Telluride was taken care of quickly even though I did not have an appointment.
