All in all, a good experience. Just took a bit longer than we expected. Got there at 1:30 pm and left about 5:45. Our sales professional was Kristo Tomasic. Great job. So far, we really Love the car. Palasade Colligraphy Hybrid. Time Will tell! The reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is the way they presented the add on warranty and maintenence pkgs. Really small print and not represented as well as we would have liked. More
