Thank you for your feedback about your purchase experience. We do require all parties completing the purchase to be present as we cannot e-sign a customer over the phone or internet. If a customer cannot make it into the store, we utilize a notary service that can meet the customer at their convenience to get documents signed. The last time I checked, your sister still had not called back to complete her identity verification with our notary service. Her doing this would help speed up the process for you. I understand that this might not have been an issue at a different dealership, but we do our best to protect our customer's information and take a few extra steps where others wouldn’t to ensure that happens. We're sorry that after further attempts to resolve your concerns that we were unable to meet your expectations. We will cancel the notary for your sister, and absolutely refund you the down payment.
