Visited Gene Messer Hyundai last Saturday. Great experience. Had interactions with several of the staff, all were very courteous. All questions answered. During vehicle delivery, the salesman went over all the features of every menu. He was well versed in all the features and provided a lot of detail in the explanation. The detailer did a great job with the final wash and prep of the vehicle. Highly recommend Hyundai vehicles, especially Santa Fe's. This is our 5th Santa Fe and will also have a Tuscon for my daughter. More

Took my daughter's car in due to a recall and ongoing issue. Because prior repairs had been done at another dealership they acted as if they didn't want to help. Service manager is hateful.
