The Female Employees working the Counters have very Poor Customer Skills. Took my Car in for a Routine Oil Change was there Over 3 Hours. Because they started Working on some Factory Recall concerning my Sc Customer Skills. Took my Car in for a Routine Oil Change was there Over 3 Hours. Because they started Working on some Factory Recall concerning my Screen. Nobody notified Me, until I asked them why it was taking so long. The Technicians didn't put my Dash/ Speed Indicator how my Car had it. It was on Cluster Panel Notifications.. Very Poor Customer Service and Communication More
Everyone we dealt with were super nice and knowledgeable! One problem though. For some odd reason my Santa Fe did not come with car mats. I didn’t realize this until we were closing. I wasn’t going to back o One problem though. For some odd reason my Santa Fe did not come with car mats. I didn’t realize this until we were closing. I wasn’t going to back out over car mats but I also didn’t want to pay for them when buying a new car. I complained but was told sorry. We’ll give you a 15% discount to buy them. Big whoop. 🙄. I really think the dealership should’ve come up with some mats for us. I don’t know if I will buy another car from them. Thanks. More
I bought my daughter a car for her 17th birthday only to find out the transmission needed replaced.. Had the vehicle for a matter of days and went to pick it up June 30th only to drive it and the problem st find out the transmission needed replaced.. Had the vehicle for a matter of days and went to pick it up June 30th only to drive it and the problem still be there.. Instead of correcting the issue after filling it on my warranty that I am grateful that I purchased when buying the vehicle they want to send it to another dealership to pass the buck off on them in finding the problem and more than likely having to contact my warranty again.. Even the undercover to the vehicle wasn’t put back on after the mechanic worked on it.. What was suppose to be a wonderful bday for a 17yr old car has been a 3 month ongoing problem of even getting to drive the vehicle.. Also not getting a return call from the service department the whole time was not helpful until you actually have to go there to get an answer. More
