My experience with the service center this time was very good. The service professional Victoria communicated well and was able to answer my questions. Everyone was very nice. Waiting room had snacks. But, only two stars because with a scheduled appointment, it took 2 hours for an oil change. We won’t be going back. Waiting room had snacks. The service was amazing and quality of work was phenomenal. The only issue was the length of time it took around 2.5 hours; but with the volume of cars being worked on this is to be expected. I didn’t like how it took 4 hours for them to find nothing wrong with my car, and while setting up my appointment told them about me having school and work and I needed the earliest appointment. So wh nothing wrong with my car, and while setting up my appointment told them about me having school and work and I needed the earliest appointment. So when I checked in to my appointment I was immediately told it probably wouldn’t be till 8 until they got to my car, due to most of their technicians not being there until 8; so why is my appointment at 7? And the salesman heavily persuaded me to give 5 stars and said if I did he’d get me a free tank of gas. There was also no communication from the salesman I had to approach them after 3 hours with no answer. More
