This was my first time using the service center. ( I had been to Gene Messer Ford before to possibly buy a new Bronco.) When I drove in I was immediately greeted by an excellent and courteous staff who quickly treated me with respect. I drove into the service center and was totally treated with respect and courtesy. I was offered a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership.
