Jmeans, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. After setting 4 appointments for you in the past and not showing up for those appointments, the parts were sent back. When you arrived today, we reordered the parts for you and offered to set another appointment for you when the parts came in for October 28-29th, you declined and said you only had availability on November 18th, so we then set the appointment for you, I apologize we have not met your expectations but will do our best to accommodate them in the future.
