John was great! He took over from Tom (who was not helpful) and made sure I knew what was happening with my car and when it would be done! On Monday, November 18th, I sheduled to have a recall done, as well as have two things checked on my vehicle. I was told it would take one or two days to do. When I delivered my vehicle on Wednesday the done, as well as have two things checked on my vehicle. I was told it would take one or two days to do. When I delivered my vehicle on Wednesday the 20th, I was told it would take three to four days. On Wednesday, one week later, I had to call about my vehicle. I was told they were still working on it. When I said it had been a week, I was told to hold. When they got back to me, I was told it was ready. When I got there, I had to wait till it was brought out to me from the back. The one hour recall program was done on the first day. It took the other technicians a week to decide the vehicle needed a new battery. If not for the fact I still have bumper to bumper coverage for the next two and a half years with you, I would take my vehicle elsewhere. Your people will have to do a lot better for me to start trusting you again. As a life long Ford owner, I hope you do do better. More
