Very kind service in the service department! I wasn't sure where to park my car when I arrived, but that was no problem. There are probably 10 people. sitting in the service garage all playing solitaire or on their phones, I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am to have the oil changed, tires rotated a sitting in the service garage all playing solitaire or on their phones, I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am to have the oil changed, tires rotated and to have someone check the shocks because of a wobble any time I hit uneven road. At 5pm I called and they were like oh yea were almost done but we didn't look into the wobble issue we just didn't have time. Maybe this dealership should invest in more mechanics and less service reps. Also I had scheduled my other vehicle to have the oil changed tires rotated and an alignment done I even called the day before to make sure there wasn't any issue with it being a dually, they assured me everything was good. I brought my truck in and as soon as they saw it they immediately told me they couldn't do a dually truck. Massive waste of my time. More
