I left my truck to have the recall issues addressed. I had been told by another local Ford dealership it could take months of leaving my truck with them, and that those recall issues did not really nee I had been told by another local Ford dealership it could take months of leaving my truck with them, and that those recall issues did not really need to be addressed. Tom at Gene Messer told me he would try to have it in a week’s time with a holiday in that week. He had it ready before the weeks end. Everyone was personable, helpful and easy to work with. The lack of communication is rampant around the dealership. The service writer is not up front with the customer and does not seem to really care except to get back to what they were doing before c dealership. The service writer is not up front with the customer and does not seem to really care except to get back to what they were doing before called. They say they will find out the status of your vehicle and call you back and it doesn’t happen. The customer has to call back. The front desk doesn’t seem interested in helping the customer but seems to want to pass the call to someone else. No one seems to know what the other is doing, who is working that day, managers on site, etc. The customer service and communication around the dealership is quite low. More
