Probably the worst place you can take your vehicle. It took nearly three weeks this time—and when they finally got to me it actually had to take longer because they realized last minute they didn’t have a part they thought they had. It’s just a bad experience overall and it makes me wish I didn’t own a ford. More

This was my first time using the service center. ( I had been to Gene Messer Ford before to possibly buy a new Bronco.) My F150 needed a state inspection and oil change so I decided to try the serv ( I had been to Gene Messer Ford before to possibly buy a new Bronco.) My F150 needed a state inspection and oil change so I decided to try the service center since I had been impressed by the new car sales staff the prior month. When I drove in I was immediately greeted by an excellent and courteous staff who quickly treated me with respect. The service advisor (Mr. Campbell) who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions about future repairs I was considering having done. More
I drove into the service center and was totally treated with respect and courtesy. I was offered a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. I was then picked up at my house and taken back to the service center, that gave me a chance to take care of some things I had to do at home. More
