My husband and I purchased our Ford Explorer from your dealership last Saturday, July 6. We worked with Kaitlyn Tiller in sales, and Derek in finance. Our experience was so great, and easy! I am 9 months pregnant with our first child, and we were certainly not expecting to have to buy a car at this point in time. We initially found the car on CarGurus, but ended up calling the dealership directly and dealing with Kaitlyn. She was so nice, professional to deal with, and understanding about our situation. We live in New Mexico, about a four hour drive from Lubbock. Kaitlyn was able to arrange for us to pick the car up in Amarillo which is about half the distance for us, and she and Derek had all the paperwork in order for a quick and easy transition. Not to mention Jimmy and Gail, who brought the car from Lubbock to Amarillo. And we love the car!
