I scheduled an oil change this morning. The lady told me the special is $19.95. No mention that this was only for Ford & Lincoln vehicles. We have had nothing but great service with the sales department but have had the absolute worst time with the service department. We have been trying to get an issue with our vehicle resolved since marc department but have had the absolute worst time with the service department. We have been trying to get an issue with our vehicle resolved since march and have taken up to the dealership 3 times and the problem has yet to be resolved. We were also told that accommodating us is not helping them and that we the customer need to be more accommodating to the department’s needs. More
