I wasn’t planning on leaving a one star review until I noticed one of the tail pipes was bent after my car getting picked up from service. It took over a month for them to even diagnose my vehicle. The only good part was that my service advisor, Billi was exceptional at communication and getting me updates, and this was not her fault. It’s a good thing that the dealership I bought the car from bought the car back from me because of the engine damage (I bought the car 2 days before bringing it into service), otherwise there would be some serious issues. If you’re bringing your vehicle here for service, be prepared to wait a really long time, and take photos of your car before it goes into service in case it comes back damaged like mine did. More
Even though my vehicle was not diagnosed until 10 days after drop-off, I was pleased with the effort was made to notify me. Aryan treated me with tremendous respect and answered all my questions in a pro after drop-off, I was pleased with the effort was made to notify me. Service department appointment and communications is TERRIBLE! We brought a vehicle in for 5 recalls on a Tuesday and were told that it would not be looked at by a technician until the following Monday. TERRIBLE! We brought a vehicle in for 5 recalls on a Tuesday and were told that it would not be looked at by a technician until the following Monday. I asked if we could bring it back that day instead of it sitting on the lot. We were told “No because we would lose our place in line.” Makes no sense that our vehicle had to SIT THERE for six days when we needed it. Part of the reasoning for the delay was the 4th of July - then DON’T schedule appointments that week. Just like any other business, an appointment means that service will be started that day. Should be no different than a reservation at a restaurant or a doctor’s office appointment. Then it had to sit there AGAIN as parts needed to be ordered. WHY WAS THE PART NOT ORDERED WHEN WE GOT THERE or BEFORE we brought it in? It is a Ford vehicle - you know the parts on the truck. It’s a “recall” - Ford has said a part(s) on the truck is not working correctly. Why do you need a technician to look as it then say “oh we need to order a part.” After multiple inquiries and complaints as to when our vehicle would be ready, we were told a service manager (Glen) should have already called us (he had not called) and would be calling later that day — we never heard from any service manager. Very frustrating two weeks when we should not have had to leave our vehicle for more than a few days. More

My husband and I purchased our Ford Explorer from your dealership last Saturday, July 6. We worked with Kaitlyn Tiller in sales, and Derek in finance. Our experience was so great, and easy! I am 9 months dealership last Saturday, July 6. We worked with Kaitlyn Tiller in sales, and Derek in finance. Our experience was so great, and easy! I am 9 months pregnant with our first child, and we were certainly not expecting to have to buy a car at this point in time. We initially found the car on CarGurus, but ended up calling the dealership directly and dealing with Kaitlyn. She was so nice, professional to deal with, and understanding about our situation. We live in New Mexico, about a four hour drive from Lubbock. Kaitlyn was able to arrange for us to pick the car up in Amarillo which is about half the distance for us, and she and Derek had all the paperwork in order for a quick and easy transition. Not to mention Jimmy and Gail, who brought the car from Lubbock to Amarillo. And we love the car! We cannot thank your team enough for all of their help, and will consider Gene Messer at the top of our list of options when we make our next vehicle purchase. More
