When you make appointment for service It still take 1/2 day or more to get it serviced. First time they had it for hours then I went to check on progress. They hadn’t started do I cancelled & asked for th day or more to get it serviced. First time they had it for hours then I went to check on progress. They hadn’t started do I cancelled & asked for the truck back. Then Barbara Orr came over talked with me asked for a 2nd chance. She gave me her card then wrote on the back Fee Oul Change & Tire Rotation. I’ve called Barbara for appointment explained who I was so she made the appointment, thanked me for giving a 2nd chance. I went in got the oil change & tire rotation but was charged $ 88.00. I didn’t remember Barbara name, but she made my appointment, the service guy said no notes. I paid $88.00, I’m a senior on a budget & this was totally unexpected. Again problems. No more. Lack of communication More
My maintenance appointment took exactly as long as I was quoted and Glenn Norris was wonderful. The waiting area suited my needs and allowed a great environment for me to work remotely.
