Made an appointment to get work done. The dealership blames a call center they use to not work on the truck. Was supposed to be a software issue but said they needed 2-3 working days to The dealership blames a call center they use to not work on the truck. She was traveling from Fort Worth to New Mexico. So there was no way to leave the truck. Horrible communication. If you want to blame it on the call center then do something about the problem and no just play the blame game. More
