Made an appointment to get work done. The dealership blames a call center they use to not work on the truck. She was traveling from Fort Worth to New Mexico. So there was no way to leave the truck. Horrible communication. Wonderful Experience. Starting working on deal after hours on Saturday, while I was traveling. I came from out of town, by Monday everything was approved and ready. Due to the holidays, I waited until Thursday to go pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival, I met with my salesman Brendon, and had a completely welcoming experience. Being I did almost everything online, his part was easy. Overall a great experience, and with my daughter needing a car soon I will definitely return to make another purchase, and will ask for Brendon.
