Thomas the service techand Frank thr mechanic were amazing to work with and patient. Both took the time to show me and validate that I wasn't having major tranmission failure. Frank showed me the tra amazing to work with and patient. Both took the time to show me and validate that I wasn't having major tranmission failure. Frank showed me the tranmission pan to help validate no metal shavings. It's always tough buying a used car but Frank looked the car over and reassured it was in good condition. After the transmission flush and replacing the filter my 2016 Corvette is shifting like new. Dropped my truck off on April 2 for diagnostic and didn't have a response till April 8. There's no reason for a vehicle to sit at a shop for a week, parked. Why not set an appointment. Everything with the oil change was good. Evidently the tech that performed the service was hungry. He took snacks from my glovebox, ate them, then left the wrappers in the floorboard.
