Steve in Finance was also easy to work with. Car was conditioned in short time where Sergio re-reviewed car to make sure I understood how to use options. Start to finish and drive off in my wife's first VW Beetle Convertible in about 3 hrs...Wow, that worked for me! After deciding to lease the car I looked at very late in the day, we rushed to get all the paperwork done, to ensure I could drive off with my new car the same very night. Gene and Gene Jr. spent almost 2 hours after their closing hours with me teaching me all the innate details of my new purchase, and got some cool merchandise! I have purchased multiple cars in the past, but i have never has such a great experience like this. Miguel was great to deal with and filled me in on everything I needed to know about the new car. What never has such a great experience like this. Miguel was great to deal with and filled me in on everything I needed to know about the new car. What was really incredible was picking the car up (the same day I took it for a test drive), and heading to another shop right down the road with a great tiki bar, and a collection of vintage VW's. In addition to that Gene Jr. was great and spent at least 1.5 hours showing me all the ins and outs of the car. I have never had a dealership teach me how to use all the instrumentation in the jetta TDI. BMW didn't even take the time for 10 minutes. I would definitely go back there for another VW even if it is 80+ miles away from my house. Thank you again. More

I'm in technical sales and drive 25000 to 30000 miles a year. This is my third VW within the last 5 years and my previous Jetta and Passat have been great cars. I just purchased a 2013 TDI SEL. I contr a year. This is my third VW within the last 5 years and my previous Jetta and Passat have been great cars. I just purchased a 2013 TDI SEL. I contribute this to VW's build quality and Gene Langan service. The dealer has maintained both cars and will maintain this vehicle both in and out of warranty. There are dealerships that focus on low pricing to attract buyers and then forget that customer after the sale, not so with Langan.
