The entire process was seamless, and although I've only had a couple of car buying experiences, this one definitely was the best. Every employee I was in contact with had very friendly and positive attitudes as I had a quick tour to meet everyone. The delivery center has a great atmosphere, making it a fun experience. Upon arriving, Gene Langan, Jr showed me as much about the features of my new car as he could in the limited time I had to spend there. Gene was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as he was willing to take all of the time that I needed. However, I was on a time crunch, so without hesitation, he invited me back to review anything we didn't have time for. I look forward to a follow-up appointment and enjoying my car for the next several years! More

I went to the dealership to test drive a 2014 Jetta. I drove the 2014 but while there my salesperson, Chris Orszulak, encouraged me to look at the 2013 Jetta SEL Hybrid. It was love at first sight. I never felt he was trying to push me into making a decision quickly. I went home and called the next day to make an appointment for the following day. I was very happy with the deal we put together. Picking up the new car turned out to be a very fun experience. My current car was thirteen years old so I was a bit anxious about whether I would know how to use the technological advancements. I need not have worried. Sergio Gonzalez, Langan's delivery manager, spent two hours with me, showing me all I needed to know to drive, refuel, set up my phone, Ipod and navigation system. When I left Langan I was confident I knew what I was doing, thanks to Sergio. I highly recommend Langan Volkswagon for it's exceptional customer service. More

When I picked my new car up, Gene Langan Jr., the owner's son, took over an hour with me to explain every detail of how my car worked. He answered every question I had. They also had vintage VW Bettles & Vans, which was a very cool tough! I will be back to this dealership for my next car!! More

I was just about ready to buy a vehicle from another manufacturer but after seeing and test driving the 2013 Jetta GLI at Gene Langan VW I quickly had a change of heart. My sales associate Miguel Rodriguez was very professional, easy-going and super friendly to work with and kept to his word by being able to get me an amazing interest rate which in turn made this purchase possible. I was overly impressed with all the staff that Miguel had introduced to me from the Finance to the Service department. But my favorite part of the whole process took place at the off-site delivery center. What a cool place! Here's where my shiny new Jetta GLI was waiting for me but so was Sergio Gonzalez. I spent a good amount of time with Sergio that Saturday afternoon as he did a wonderful presentation going over all the in's and out's of the entire car with me. His product/VW knowledge was incredible and that sort of customer service is First Class and nothing I've ever experienced before at any other car dealership. In conclusion, my car buying experience at Gene Langan VW was very comfortable and stress-free. I look forward to becoming a repeat customer but probably not for a little bit cause I'm really enjoying my new Jetta GLI and probably will for awhile :) More

I had bought my last two cars from this dealership. While I have thoroughly enjoyed my cars and service at the dealership, I wanted to look at other car brands to see what else was out there. What I found was how different this place is from all the other car dealerships, you can sense it as soon as you walk through the doors. They aren't just people that sell Volkswagen's, they are VW enthusiasts. While listening to Sergio talking lovingly about the classic Volkswagen automobiles surrounding my new car their immaculate Delivery Center (where they will spend as much time as you need to make sure you understand everything about your new car) I realized I was too. Buying another car from Langan VW was a was thoroughly enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a Volkswagen, or for that matter, anyone looking for a new car. I was in the market for a VW CC sport, and found "the" one on the Langan pre-owned website. In less than 20 minutes Dennis had responded to my online inquiry and we set up an appointment for a test "the" one on the Langan pre-owned website. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer every question I had. The car was exactly what I was looking for and then some. It already had premium wheels, and the windows were tinted. In addition the vehicle was certified pre-owned and came with a 2 year / 24,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I already knew before I got there that I was going to buy the car, I had been researching them online for months and already drove one as a rental car for the weekend prior to the test drive. Dennis was the opposite of the typical car salesman stereotype. He was not pushy at all and after the test drive explained all of my options including payments, extended warranty, trade in value, and paint/interior warranty. I would certainly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a VW now or in the future. Steve Pasqualini handled the financial details and loan options. He was very professional, and made everything very easy to understand. Since the payment was so low, I was able to add on an additional 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. I felt that they gave me a fair deal for my trade in, and was pleased with the price considering the options that the vehicle has. My (new to me) vehicle was professionally detailed upon delivery and I was impressed with how thorough Gene Langan was in explaining the features to me. He spent over half an hour covering everything from how to use the blue tooth, to driving with the DSG gear box. One of the tail light bulbs burned out a couple days after picking up the car, and the service department quickly fixed the issue at no charge. I will continue to use Langan for my service, and wouldn't think twice about buying my next car from them. More

David was great when we first met. He actually sold me a car that I didn't see or drive. I had to trust what he said. We had one episode of miscommunication that was a little awkward that's the only reason car that I didn't see or drive. I had to trust what he said. I wish there was something between good and great, I would have selected that rating because he was really took care of me. When I returned to pick up the car I was not disappointed. I wanted a diesel but I could not afford one but the car I purchase was second best. In three years I hope I'll be able to return to Gene Langan VW for my diesel. Lastly I was not feeling good when I picked up my car. Sergio was very polite, he and Dave were willing to take me and the car home. I really appreciate their genuineness to help me. I plan to return to finish out my in-service so I can operate my car optimally. I was very please and would recommend this dealership. More
