I can't say enough positive things about this group of people. They have helped us so much with every single dealing we've had with them. They're the best. We started off in service with Ben with my 2005 people. They have helped us so much with every single dealing we've had with them. They're the best. We started off in service with Ben with my 2005 jetta that had a multitude of issues that seemed to keep cropping up. We felt like he really cared about us leaving happy and he did everything he could to ensure that it happened. We went in to have an o2 sensor that needed to be fixed and possibly another issue with my 05 money pit yesterday. In addition to being incredibly helpful and accommodating with every issue that occurred, Ben actually helped us come to a good decision about our next step. He set us up with Dennis our salesman when we decided to trade it in. Dennis was awesome. He's completely restored my faith in sales people. I had a terrible experience when I bought my 05 and this was the complete opposite. He listened to our concerns, gave us options that worked for our situation, made really great suggestions, and ultimately helped us achieve our goal. Never once did we feel pressured, nor did we feel taken advantage of. We felt so comfortable dealing with Dennis because he's a real person. I went from owing $7,900 on an 05 that isn't even close to being worth that much, making payments of $430.00 a month, in addition to being haunted by the never ending CEL, to leasing a 2013 jetta for $310 a month with an extended warranty that covers wear and tear. Everything seemed to be going great until I called my insurance company to switch over and they doubled what I was paying a month. After some more solid advice and help from Dennis and Marrisa in finance (who was also absolutely awesome) my boyfriend and I ended up paying $139.00 a month for both of our vehicles. That's less than half of what I was paying for one. These people truly went above and beyond. After saving us about $160.00 a month, Dennis took us over to pick up our new car where we met Sergio who is such a nice person. Sergio entertained my boyfriend with his vast knowledge of old vws while Dennis showed me how to work the new jetta. We left feeling very secure in our decision and extremely happy with the service we recieved. As I had said before, there are just not enough wonderful things I can say or thanks I can give to this team of truly genuine people at Langan in Glastonbury.  More
