My wife and I had a really great experience this past weekend purchasing a car from the Glastonbury Volkswagen dealership owned by Gene Langan. Once we made the purchase and came back to pick up our new vehicle, we were treated to a full tour and user guidance by Sergio. He left no questions unanswered, and no button in the vehicle unpressed. He was so good we found out things about our old VW that we didn't know!
