Sebring 2010 was told to make list of repairs in 30 days as car wasn’t inspected since they got it in November, verified on Carfax which I had to pay for and pull in on my own because they didn’t offer me o as car wasn’t inspected since they got it in November, verified on Carfax which I had to pay for and pull in on my own because they didn’t offer me one. Also it shows everything is in good condition no mechanical issues or problems. Obviously that was a fraudulent update seeing all the problems that they just repaired 2 weeks ago. Had to get Chrysler involved almost 2000$ in repairs! Car was advertised on internet for 5995, however it was 7995 on the lot no explanation and then I did research and found out this company does price gouging often to get customers to lot and they are know for Carfax fraud. Manager didn’t want to fix all repairs at first told me to go get a new car at another lot. I have all his texts saved. I asked to speak with mr Gorman was informed he would call me however that never happened. I am not happy from day one this car was problems Trans bracket broke 2nd day/ top malfunctioned/electrical failure towed 2nd day to shop. Repaired only trans bracket/ reset comp and charged battery. Had no clue about top. I informed them they need to check hydraulic fluid but no effort was made. 4x in 30 days - no Carfax..management gave hard time . 4th in serv 3wks incompetent service techs. No word from brandinsince beg of last week. Finally he said I could have rental, they said it would’ve paid for in full by company. Rather than let me use a vehicle of theirs he sent me to enterprise car rental going on 3 weeks now I still have the rental. I have a text verifying that Brandon said it was paid for by them and I better not get screwed over. This last time in shop is for a seat that was not secure since day 1 and a broken head restyle techs don’t know how to repair it. Instead they told me a new seat was ordered rather than ask Chrysler how to do the repair. I’m not making a payment till I hear what’s going on. I am not happy. I asked 2 weeks into the purchase to swap vehicles and just got attitude. If it was inspected prior to purchase not 5 months later after coming from a auction the vehicle would not be in need of immediate and numerous major repairs don’t go to this dealership. Gene Gorman is an amazing man and to have these disrespectful sales and management at his offices makes him have a bad reputation! What happened to 100% customer satisfaction and certified inspected vehicles?? More

They have never pushed me into a vehicle, infact, once said it would be better to wait before trading. I would recommend this used car dealer to any one needing a vehicle. As with any large purchase, I always recommend you do your own due diligence. I expect that if I purchase another used car, I will purchase from Gene Gorman Auto Sales. More
terrible customer service my boyfriend and i purchased a vehicle and only having it for 21 days had to take it back for the second time,the first time they said it was the batt my boyfriend and i purchased a vehicle and only having it for 21 days had to take it back for the second time,the first time they said it was the battery so they put a new battery in it,the second time after taking it to a certified mechanic in the neighborhood told me that there was 14 items that came up when they checked the computer.i was told by my certified mechanic to take it back to gene gorman's,so i did they told me there was nothing they could do and told me that they had to pay for a battery already and to take the car to a ford dealer to have the computer reset that they did not have the tools.,i would not recommend this dealership More
