My husband and I were needing a new car but kept putting it off. We had such a horrible experience for years at the place we bought our other car but finally decided to take the plunge and we went to Gem C it off. Thomas Dean was our salesman and he was so patient with us while we took our time going through multiple cars before we could decide on one. Through the buying process and paperwork they made sure we got the best deal. They also gave us a lot of great perks with warranty, first 3 oil changes being free, loaner car if ever our car is being worked on, etc. This company really cares about their customers and thats what has meant the most to us because we never got that before. I would recommend everyone go to Gem City Ford! More
