Gegnas 5 Star Service

Gegnas Five star has to be the worst dealership i ever dealt with. But what made me purchase a vehicle from there was there so called 100% warranty which isnt true. But at the time i didn't know so I purc dealt with. But what made me purchase a vehicle from there was there so called 100% warranty which isnt true. But at the time i didn't know so I purchased the warranty and my engine light came on a month after i purchased the vehicle. SO of course i took it back to the dealership for repairs. There was something wrong with my gas tank because fuel vapor was coming out of my car. They wouldn't fix it. The cashier in the service department is very unplesant and extremly unprofessional. She got in an arguement with my wife over fixing the car. Also she just kept charging me for things that they didnt do. I hate the place I will never go there again. I am a regular Gary Barbara customer but they were booked so I tried Gegnas Chrysler and was disappointed. My jeep was in the service dept for over two days and all it needed was a new battery. After having the jeep for two days, they had the audacity to charge me labor for investigating my complaint, then finding out what was wrong with the jeep and then replacing the battery. So, all together I was charged 3 different labor fees. I questioned this at the service dept and nothing they said to me made any sense. Coincidentally, all mgmt was out to lunch. ..or so I was told. Also, when I got to the dealership, no one appeared to be really busy, which I guess would explain why it took them two days to put a battery into my jeep. Avoid this place at all cost if you don't want to be riped off. More
