I’m new to the BMW world. Michael was extremely helpful and made me very comfortable. My 330ci was in for a airbag recall. Service advisor Albert and shop manager were outstanding. I had blown a tire on a Friday afternoon and got it towed to the shop after 4PM. The rating is because of poor communication about when work would be completed. Even with an appointment my car took more than 5 business days to have service done. Although a part had to be ordered the car was not serviced until 3 days after the part arrived. In the past, I have worked with Nela and my experiences with her were always excellent. That is not the case with Albert Cruz. More
