I gave 4 stars because the shuttle now only runs on the hour. Preferred when it would run when the driver was available. Svs dept was good esp given circumstances so this rating is for them only. I DO NOT recommend the dealership. They sold me a car and didn't tell me it had been damaged in transport. Because of supply issues I didn't negotiate price and just took msrp. The first I heard of damage was several months after I had the car when they called to say the part was in. Regardless of how minor the damage was, they kept that information from me until after the purchase which is dishonest. Email to GM went unanswered and while at the service department I overheard Amanda (parts?) telling someone who appeared to be in mgmt about this as they walked past me and that person totally dismissed it by saying it was only minor damage. Again... doesn't matter how minor the damage is... it's all in how you treat your customer and how the business is run. I don't like dealing with companies that aren't honest up front. I WOULD NOT recommend Gebhardt BMW. More

The service department always seems disorganized. Whenever I call to schedule, the phone will ring and ring and sometimes no one answers. This time I got an email directly from someone in the service Whenever I call to schedule, the phone will ring and ring and sometimes no one answers. This time I got an email directly from someone in the service dept. since my vehicle had trigger an oil change notice so that was helpful this time to have a direct contact. It took over 4hrs after drop off (with appointment) for a simple oil change. I had to call the service guy for status as hours went by and I havent received an update, only a video emailed to me. I had an issue with a setting that had been changed upon picking up my car (auto lane maneuvering was reactivated and couldn’t figure out how to turn of back off) and the service guy had no clue what to tell me other than “bring it back”. He seems to struggle to understand what the problem even was and proceeded to put me on hold for way too long to try and find the service mechanic. We eventually figured it out on our own. Your service people should all the the basic settings and mechanics of your vehicles. More
