Dropped my car off for scheduled appointment at 8 AM. Was told two hours. When I came at 5 pm the car still was still not yet worked on. Then they stated they didn't have the part in stock. I've been using Gebhardt for years and have generally been more than satisfied, but this time the check-in process with Albert was chaotic; he couldn't locate the record for my car and ultimately found i been more than satisfied, but this time the check-in process with Albert was chaotic; he couldn't locate the record for my car and ultimately found it on his desk. His habit of addressing me as "young lady" and "pretty girl" was seemingly well-intentioned, but off-putting. I'm not sure what Aaron had to do with my car. The new process of sending a video inspection of your vehicle is helpful, but also odd. The information communicated in the video regarding the status of the tire wear, or its significance, was not shared with me by Albert or obviously reflected in the paperwork I received; I had to ask about it. In the past that information was clearly communicated in multiple ways. Lastly, while my car was washed, the windshield was not cleaned. I generally don't have a particularly strong view about the car repair process, but this one stood out. More
