For the past five years I have been looking to purchase the "perfect" car. My criteria was great gas mileage, AWD, nice options, and reliability. David K assisted me in the pricing and answered additional questions. I went home and built my "dream" car and sent it to them. Bottom line. After a five year journey, BMW Gebhardt made my dream come true. While I was still thinking about the purchase, they built and ordered "my car" as one of their allotted cars. Shortly thereafter, I called to place the order to purchase my dream car. Adam told me my dream car was sitting at the port ready for transpiration to the US. This information was my best Christmas gift! I tracked the car to the dealership which was a lot of fun. I worked with Roman C for the financing and the best interest rate. Roman made the financing very easy with no hassles on final pricing and rate with warranties. In fact, Roman gave me a better overall pricing package than I expected. They even gave me more than I expected for my trade-in. I picked up my dream car and David went over all the features. Now, the car is sitting in my garage. I can not begin to thank Adam, David, and Roman for my "best ever" car purchasing experience. I have to admit i constantly contacted (bugged) Adam, David, and Roman and they always answered my questions without complaint. I have no hesitation in recommending BMW Gebhardt as the place to purchase your next BMW. More
I put a $500 deposit down for them to hold an 07 BMW 335i, 200 on my credit card and 300 in cash. did not recieve my 300 dollars cash back. I visited this dealership to look at purchasing an 07 BMW 335i. I went to test drive the vehicle and when i arrived the salesman said we could not test drive it because one of the Technicians had broken a mirror. when the salesman showed me the car all mirrors were there and none were broken. confused i asked the salesman why we couldn't drive it, he went back to service to check to see. While he was busy doing that i got inside and started up the vehicle. Being an automotive mechanic i instantly heard bad noises coming from the engine. I got out and opened the hood, a little while later Ted Osbourn the salesman came back and asked me if i was a mechanic, guessing because he saw me looking at the engine in detail. I told him the engine sounded bad like a piston rod or cam was failing. After he came out and said "well let me just give you the run down on this car since you are a mechanic". Instantly i knew something was bad, Ted tried to tell me that the tech did not put the cam shaft back in there after they worked on it. Little foot note, a car NEEDS CAMS TO RUN. Ted then told me he has no idea about how a car works (Now how do you sell cars if you don't know how they work?) They told me they would have it looked at again and have whatever it needed to be fixed within reason. I put a $500 (refundable) deposit on the car while they figured out what was wrong so they couldn't sell it to anyone. A week later i got a call from Ted, he told me the catlytic converters had gone out. As a mechanic i knew the sound i heard was not the cats making noise and insisted they go into further diagnosis on the vehicle. Another couple days i recieved a call from the Sales Manager saying it was the head gasket and cats, i declined the offer to have it fixed and asked for my refund. the sales manager said i could come and get my refund whenever. I drive down after work at 5 and arrived around six. They proceeded to tell me they couldn't get me my refund because the office was closed and they would have a check in the mail for me. I feel the managers gave me an excellent value for my money. Better than I expected. George then spent over an hour after the sale showing all the features of the vehicle to me and set up many of the features including satellite radio for me. On top of all that, I received a $50 gift certificate towards a parts purchase (I purchased floor mats) and also a beautiful BMW travel coffee mug. I have purchased Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, and other vehicles and this experience at Gebhardt was the best! I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future. I know any future BMW purchases I make will be only at this dealership. I also plan on having all the service work performed at this dealership as well. The parts department was helpful and put the floor mats in the vehicle for me. I was looking ion purchasing 535 BMW. the first time I test drive the car and I felt that the sale person was very arrogant. I return about month later as the location is closer to me and this time the ma test drive the car and I felt that the sale person was very arrogant. I return about month later as the location is closer to me and this time the manager came to talk to me about price as every body else was busy. I felt he was annoyed or tired ! He definitely did not seems interested in my business. I think this dealership is very busy and they don't make any effort to be friendly and helpful. Don't go there More

Should you only look at Gebhardt if you are in the market for a BMW, of course not, but you CERTAINLY SHOULD either email or phone Kory and give him the opportunity to work on a deal for you. His professionalism deserves top marks! Kory and Gebhardt earned our business; there is a good chance that they will earn yours as well. I will now also briefly note our experience with Murray and Schomp. MURRAY: though we leased our previous two vehicles from Murray, this time communication was slow, little attempt was made to offer us a competitive deal, and I was left with the impression that since we leased our previous BMWs from Murray it was to be assumed that we would lease or X5M from Murray as well, in other words, we felt a bit taken for granted. SCHOMP: we have never leased from Schomp, but they have put together deals for us in the past. My slight quibble with Schomp is that once they offer you a deal, negotiation becomes more difficult - not impossible - just more difficult, in other words, they tend to take "this is our best offer" approach. Schomp's communication was quite good, better than Murray's, but still second to Gephardt. More
