My first BMW purchase has been a massive disappointment. The Gebhardt dealership seems incapable of good communication with their customers. First there was the nearly five-month delay from the time I order The Gebhardt dealership seems incapable of good communication with their customers. First there was the nearly five-month delay from the time I ordered my X1 in April until I finally drove it off the lot in September. And now for seven weeks of ownership I've been dealing with a faulty tire that came with the car. First two unsuccessful three-hour service visits to get it addressed, and now nearly a month of waiting for a replacement tire that I was told would arrive October 5-9 and still is not here. The same as the with delayed arrival of my new car, Gebhardt only seems to communicate when deadlines are past and customers become exasperated. There was no news at all on the reason for long delays in my replacement tire until I sent two e-mails pushing for news. I understand there are delays in the post-pandemic world, but Gebhardt just does a lousy job of updating customers. Meanwhile I am fulling the tire three times a week like I bought some junker used car with bald tires. Very frustrating. More

Great, quick easy, and helped us out. Dwane was easy to work with and got to the point. I did get there at 9 had the car picked out by 10:00 was done with the deal and was out of there by Dwane was easy to work with and got to the point. Drove from Casper to see a vehicle. Jon Eric had the vehicle washed and ready for us to see and drive. Didn't have a lot of time and didn't take a lot of time to seal the deal.
