My wife was looking for a new Honda CRV, I thought she deserved an upgrade. We stopped at Gebhardt BMW and were fortunate to meet Tomaso, the Sales Operations Director, as he was the only available sales deserved an upgrade. I called and spoke with James, had the Cadillac XT5 ready for us to take a look and test drive. James made sure that she her needs we met. She gave him the out the door price. He went to see Ryan with her pr for us to take a look and test drive. James made sure that she her needs we met. She gave him the out the door price. He went to see Ryan with her price, and they took it. James had the car cleaned and filled the gas tank while we were with Ryan. Ryan took us onto his office for the paperwork. Which was as fast as the rest of the deal. Ryan expand the extended warranty to her and it was right for us. So we bought it. It was a great place to buy a car. WE WILL BE BACK! Thanks to all. More
