The people at this dealership are what makes this business great. Matt in finance, Mark in sales, and Malcolm in used car sales my the dream come true. Although I liked our salesman, Brandon, I don't recommend this dealership. I did get a good price on my new car. However, given the poor service regarding the paperwork, for which Gaudin charges $499, I have this dealership. I did get a good price on my new car. However, given the poor service regarding the paperwork, for which Gaudin charges $499, I have reservations. Specifically, I paid cash (cashier's check) & spent maybe an hour with Matt,the document processor. I was given a raft of paperwork to take to my Arizona Motor Vehicle Department (MVD). 4 days later I waited for my appointment with the MVD, and once seated I was informed that I needed a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin (MCO), which I was not given by Matt at the dealer. So I left the MVD without registering my new car. I called Matt & later received a return call informing me that the MCO would not be available for two weeks because I had paid for the car with a check. However, the check was a cashier's check drawn on a local bank, Wells Fargo, 3 or 4 blocks from the dealership. Once the MCO is available Gaudin's policy is not to give it to the buyer of the car, but it is mailed to the local motor vehicle office near the buyer's home address. In a subsequent conversation, I pointed out that I needed to register my new car sooner, because MVD would not give me a drive-off permit for my old car which I was giving to my daughter in Utah. I will acknowledge that thereafter I did receive a call from Gaudin that they are a "people oriented" business, & the MCO would be promptly sent to my local MVD.. Nevertheless, since the unreasonable 2 week waiting period for a cashier's check to clear caused me considerable inconvenience, the wait for which was not disclosed to me to me either verbally nor in writing, I feel the $499 document fee is a ripoff. Again, I am happy with my new car, my salesman, & the price I paid, but Gaudin's policies regarding the handling of paperwork needs improvement More

Great overall service. I took my vehicle in for a software update. They got it in right away & also completed an overall inspection.
