Very knowledgable staff and very personable. Walked in off the street and was introduced to quite a few people (staff, management, service, etc.) even after I advised them I came from another dealership and was looking at purchasing an X5, our neighbor has a Cayenne and is very happy with it. Initially Doc, then Carl both were very knowledgable on the product, no high pressure sales and made the whole experience quite easy going. Vehicle was already taken back to get the windows tinted and service staff was great, a Cadillac was provided for the time they kept the Cayenne to tint the windows. Great experience, only unhappy I didn't walk out with a 911 Turbo but they did point out that I would have trouble with a couple car seats....... More
