subpar sales rep I had been in contact with a Sales Rep (Michael Anderson) inquiring about a purchase of the Macan S. At first working with him, I was getting a prompt I had been in contact with a Sales Rep (Michael Anderson) inquiring about a purchase of the Macan S. At first working with him, I was getting a prompt and timely reply and quickly while in conversation/negotiations it had decreased. I am not just interested in one (1) Macan S but four (4). Since the availability of the Porsche is limited, I was told I would be called to come in to test drive the Macan S once arriving at Dealer (Monday, July 13) after being instructed that the car moves quickly, I made sure to arrive first at the dealer to test drive the vehicle, I had requested that I bring vehicle to my business to show my partners, I was quickly told that could not happen (no gas in the vehicle) and then given a new sales person to work with, after he could not assist with any of my request, I was told the GM would come out … which never happened. The excuses and the experience I received during this was sub-par at most, it was so disappointing that I wanted to go back to Audi or other German competitors such as BMW or Mercedes. I was then later told the vehicle would be sold to the owners friend, making it seem like my visit or interest is not as important nor did they care if I purchased a Porsche because the demand is so high. I come from the hospitality and customer service industry and I am beyond disappointed in what I have experienced thus far with Gaudin Porsche. More

I LOVED the car, the way it drove, the way it looked etc, but was not happy with multiple visits. (the guys in service are great, but I didn't want to know them that well). :) I was able to work with the staff there and turn this slightly negative experience into a very positive one by taking home a very nice Porsche with a great warranty that I know I will love for a long time. I'm a Porsche guy and will be for a long time. Thanks to Paul in service and Mike Anderson in sales. More

David followed up with my initial inquiry promptly and kept me informed during the whole process . I especially appreciated that he picked us up at the air port. On the way to the dealership , he described the Boxster and explained the Porsche CPO process. At the dealership David introduced us to several other employees including the service manager. David Soyk was the highlight of purchasing the Boxster from Gauden Motor Company. David did excellent follow up when had problems on our return to home in Folsom. More
