I have owned Mercedes Benz and BMW vehicles over the years. This is my first purchase of a Porsche. The entire experience from meeting with the sales team Anthony and Mark in sales, Rico the Sales Manager and Jim the GM, Mario in service- just the entire team was outstanding! We worked in customizing the build of a new vehicle with my wish list being met to the fine detail. The delivery of the vehicle was a great experience and the follow up after the purchase made this clearly the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle! I give each and every member of the team 10/10 across the board! More

Not a delership it's a bazar My review was 5 stars until today. they totally disappoint me..it's started when they separated from Jaguar and moved to the new location .The custome My review was 5 stars until today. they totally disappoint me..it's started when they separated from Jaguar and moved to the new location .The customer service already not the Same.The service here really poor quality went for a diagnostic they found a oil leak ,told them to fix it after two weeks saw the car still loosing some oil and when checked under the car the cover was wet with oil went back for check the issue the Forman took a look at it told me that they didn't clean it after they finish the Job.R u guys serious????After spending almost 800$ for replacing oil pan gasket you forgot to clean the cover.Another issue.The general manager JIMM can't stay behind his words. I've bought previous car with them in 2014 when they were at old location so I got a free car washes on every Saturday , he mention when you buy or service the car with us you get free car washes every Saturday today I got a car that I bought in different state because they don't had a car that I was looking for but I still doing service with them and my Service advisor gave me a sticker so can wash my car.. when JIMM saw me and saw that this car I didn't bought from him I guess he was mad he told the service to take off the sticker without even my permission and left dirty leftover on the windshield Very unprofessional I though Porsche dealer has to be above average dealership but not in this case.Strong agree with others reviewers They nice until you buy the car from them after that you worth nothing for them unless you wanna spend More money.Will never step my feet there again!!!there is much better independent porche repair Shop with much more knowledge about Porsche cars and outstanding service!!! More

Dealer extraordinaire I recently purchased a pre-owned Boxster S that I had first seen on EBAY. Being out-of-state, I was able to negotiate over the phone the sales price I recently purchased a pre-owned Boxster S that I had first seen on EBAY. Being out-of-state, I was able to negotiate over the phone the sales price as well as my trade-in. Mike Anderson was the salesman who handled the transaction. My wife & I traveled to their beautiful, new dealership from California was was warmly and expertly treated on our arrival. Mike and Beth Lamermier in Finance made sure all the necessary paperwork was perfectly completed. Mike contacted me after we arrived back in California to make sure all was well. Terrific follow-up. I cannot recommend Mike and the Gaudin team any more highly. By far, this was the best car buying experience I have encountered. More
