After a brief inspection, I discovered a screw in my right rear tire. I called Gaudin Porsche to get a new tire. The associate over the phone was extremely helpful, getting my tire size and type, then confirming the tire was in stock. I showed up and was greeted by Keith, my service advisor. A stressful situation was handled professionally and promptly. I asked for, and was granted a loaner car. I appreciate the Gaudin team for squeezing me in on a busy Friday to get my Cayman 100% again. As an aside, a very professional and detail oriented car wash was included, and very much appreciated. Gaudin continues to bring their "A" game. Keep up the outstanding work. More

Warranty repair Car had an error code, called service department and they indicated I could simply come in but preferred to setup a drop off time. Met with the service manager, went over the problem and he researched whether it might be a warrantied item (emission related problem that have different warranty period than rest of car). He (Keith) verified it was OK to keep car extended period. Left car, got call the next day that service would be covered, it would take a couple of days for parts. While examining car the mechanics identified a couple of small items that were deteriorating and they would replace for cost of parts (labor free). A couple of days later parts arrived within the ETA originally given. Installed by next day, all was good. I found Keith to be very calming; explained what the process would be, etc. More
