Extra Effort from David Soyk David went out of his way to assist me even after the service department was closed saving me an extra trip to the dealership from southern Utah. He went out of his way to make me and my wife feel comfortable and was very friendly and helpful. We had driven down from southern Utah and had looked at the hours online. However when we got to the dealership the service and parts departments were closed. He took all of our information and handled all of the first steps to getting a new key made for a car, and took care of it on Monday when the departments were back opened. We also enjoyed some barbecue that day from a dealership event. We had a great experience and are very impressed with the dealership. We appreciate David's personal touch of good service. More

They took the money. 4 hours later I got a call saying they had another interested buyer, and they were going to give him a chance to bid. If you want to be lied to and screwed over, and forced into a real or imaginary bidding war on a car or an allocation AFTER you have reached an agreement and put your money down, AFTER they have made their commitment, AFTER they have told you the car is yours, then give these guys a call. The General Manager has no problem whatsoever welching on his dealership's agreements. More

After a brief inspection, I discovered a screw in my right rear tire. I called Gaudin Porsche to get a new tire. The associate over the phone was extremely helpful, getting my tire size and type, then confirming the tire was in stock. I showed up and was greeted by Keith, my service advisor. A stressful situation was handled professionally and promptly. I asked for, and was granted a loaner car. I appreciate the Gaudin team for squeezing me in on a busy Friday to get my Cayman 100% again. As an aside, a very professional and detail oriented car wash was included, and very much appreciated.
