Outstanding customer service My Cayenne picked up a nail while driving to Las Vegas from Reno on a Sat. afternoon. I made an appointment to bring my car in 1st thing Monday to hav My Cayenne picked up a nail while driving to Las Vegas from Reno on a Sat. afternoon. I made an appointment to bring my car in 1st thing Monday to have tire checked & nail removed to see if it had punctured the tire. We had not lost any air but didn't want to take a chance on return trip with nail. Keith your service advisor came an met us when we pulled in. After we explained the problem, he asked if we were going to wait for the repairs. Keith informed us that he would try to expedite our service & repair so we could start our trip home as quickly as possible. When he learned that tire was punctured, Keith made numerous attempts to contact the Reno dealership to ascertain what company provided the road hazard warranty. He was unable to reach an advisor before the service was done, so he offered to hold the damaged tire in order to be able to help facilitate the hazard refund. It was resolved today with Keith's help and his willingness to go the extra step. Service advisors like Keith Walton makes owning a Porsche a pleasant experience. His courteousness & professionalism is an asset to your dealership. We would not hesitate to bring any of our 3 Porsches in for service & would highly recommend your service dept. to our friends. Extra Effort from David Soyk David went out of his way to assist me even after the service department was closed saving me an extra trip to the dealership from southern Utah. He went out of his way to make me and my wife feel comfortable and was very friendly and helpful. We had driven down from southern Utah and had looked at the hours online. However when we got to the dealership the service and parts departments were closed. He took all of our information and handled all of the first steps to getting a new key made for a car, and took care of it on Monday when the departments were back opened. We also enjoyed some barbecue that day from a dealership event. We had a great experience and are very impressed with the dealership. We appreciate David's personal touch of good service. More

Within 3 hours of our agreement on price, we had the vehicle inspected, financed, detailed, and out the door.
