As a walk up customer I met Jon Capps who was happy to show me all the different Caymans available. He had me test drive both the base and S model to see which one best suited me. As a professional race driver and Porsche experience instructor he was very knowledgible of the cars' specifications and abilities. Jon was also helpful in the negotiations and helping me make the purchase in a timely manner so that I didn't have to spend a lot of unnecessary time at the dealership. Post delivery he continued to correspond with me to make sure everything was well with the car. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Gaudin and with Jon Capps. More

Outstanding customer service My Cayenne picked up a nail while driving to Las Vegas from Reno on a Sat. afternoon. I made an appointment to bring my car in 1st thing Monday to hav My Cayenne picked up a nail while driving to Las Vegas from Reno on a Sat. afternoon. I made an appointment to bring my car in 1st thing Monday to have tire checked & nail removed to see if it had punctured the tire. We had not lost any air but didn't want to take a chance on return trip with nail. Keith your service advisor came an met us when we pulled in. After we explained the problem, he asked if we were going to wait for the repairs. Keith informed us that he would try to expedite our service & repair so we could start our trip home as quickly as possible. When he learned that tire was punctured, Keith made numerous attempts to contact the Reno dealership to ascertain what company provided the road hazard warranty. He was unable to reach an advisor before the service was done, so he offered to hold the damaged tire in order to be able to help facilitate the hazard refund. It was resolved today with Keith's help and his willingness to go the extra step. Service advisors like Keith Walton makes owning a Porsche a pleasant experience. His courteousness & professionalism is an asset to your dealership. We would not hesitate to bring any of our 3 Porsches in for service & would highly recommend your service dept. to our friends.
