Everything went downhill after I gave a deposit for a vehicle. Being out of state, I was not able to go see someone in person, so I had to do everything over the phone and online. That was terrible because no one ever answers their desk phone and barely returns calls. Finance manager Allen was notorious for this. The website says the car buying experience can be done completely online, that is not the case. They waited until after I gave my deposit to tell me they would have to mail me paperwork, and I would have to mail it back before we could complete the process. I only have one key fob and have been told since purchasing the car that they would assist me in getting another but I no longer believe that is the case. The managers are not responsive at all. I sent a long email expressing my issues and concerns, the only email I received back was what I assume was an automated email from manager Tim Kham thanking me for my business and asking if he could be any further assistance. I replied to that email again with my issues and concerns. Again, no response until a few days later when I received an email from him asking me to share my experience. Lastly, It’s been 3 weeks since purchase and I still don’t have what I need to register the car, they haven’t even mailed it out yet. Not what you would expect from a place such as Porsche. Overall, terrible experience, I would not do business with them again. If I could return the car and go elsewhere, I would. More

The service managers are great! If I can reach them…. I think they need an answering service that actually gets them the message when called. Kevin is my typical service guy and he’s very responsive, I pulled in to pick up my car and Kevin was busy and Keyan (sp?) stepped out to help me. I really appreciated that as I needed to get back to work for a meeting. I do love the service I receive from here. I would’ve given it 5 stars if the initial phone calls were received. By the person I was trying to get a hold of…. Sometimes I need a conversation prior to making an appointment. My car always comes back clean and beautiful after every service! Service and Staff members ( Kayon, Benjamin ) are superhelpful, very professional. Dealership is located next to the highway, makes easy to enter and exit. Over all experience is 10 of 10!
