Most important is the t Curtis and Keith both assisted me. Did a great job. Asked if they could expedite the repair and they were able to do it. Most important is the team's HONESTY. They give information, this time on my brakes and tires, that I trust. They could have tried to sell me on new brakes and tires but they told me that I would need them relatively soon but not yet. I never feel as if this dealership is trying to take advantage of me as a customer. More

First, we had to wait almost a month to get a maintenance appointment then when the day finally arrived then they didn’t touch the car for 2 days, without give us any follow up call and of course without off appointment then when the day finally arrived then they didn’t touch the car for 2 days, without give us any follow up call and of course without offering any courtesy car ! So at this point we decided to get back the car because this joke could last for a week. Fortunately , Midas has been able to make the necessary in less than a day and for a cheaper price. The customer service is just horrible and I hope I’ll be able to avoid in the future this kind of situation by working with respectful professionals. Thank you Midas ! More

I do not think i will be buying another Porsche after this one unless there is another dealership in las Vegas. By far the worst experience i had buying a car and i have dealt with so many dealers in the this one unless there is another dealership in las Vegas. By far the worst experience i had buying a car and i have dealt with so many dealers in the valley. their brand should be "our cars come first then customer 2nd". i feel like i bough a $300 scooter from this place and not a 150K car or at least that is how i felt. emails can go for a week with no answer, i even sent an email to Porsche USA to tell them how lovely my experience so far with their brand and got no response to that either which tells me the issue is across the board. My real issues started when I was dealing with service. The car had a recall for a software update, service appoint was scheduled weeks after as a loner was not something they had available. While the car was in service for almost a week as the software kept freezing during upload, my loaner car tire leaked some air. I called in to report the issue and I was told to bring in the car. they discovered a nail in the tire. For the record I took full insurance coverage for the tires on my car from the dealership but apparently this is a vin specific. Long story short they decided that I need to pay for the tire replacement. Now my issue is that I had to pay full retail price for the tire and labor as if I’m a customer who had an old tire trying to replace. How do I know that I did not receive the loaner car with the nail in it. I was never offered a discount on the tire to cut my losses but I was charged full price so basically they profited from an unfortune situation. I could have put air in it and kept driving or even repaired the tire at a reputable shop since the loaner was an SUV and the nail was in the middle of the tire so it could be easily fixed. So I got charged about $600 for that for that mishap. Another issue I had where my car lost power and would not accelerate on the freeway so I had to slowly move to the right hoping it won't come to a complete stop in the middle of the freeway. Once I was able to pull over I turned on\off the car and it reset the error. I reported to the dealership and sent a picture of the error I received on the screen, they seemed concerned but of course no loaner available until so nothing they can do about it unless I want to just bring in the car, put it in line to be diagnosed and hopefully find out what the issue might be but I have to figure out a way of transportation during that time. my windshield cracked caused by a rock on the freeway. Huge crack across and I'm not sure if the windshield will hold for long. I called to have it replaced and to my surprise none of them available in the united states. To make it worse none is available in Germany.. As matter of fact they said none was ever ordered. i have full insurance coverage for glass but I was told that they do no handle insurance claims and I have to pay in full and deal with my insurance for reimbursement. No big deal and sounds fair since I can't force the dealership to wait 4-7 days for payment from my insurance. I said I will be happy to pay in full in advance for all the part and repair but I need an invoice to show total payment. Well they said they need me to order the part first and they wont be able to add it all in one invoice which would just complicate my claim but again my issue I guess at this point. The main concern is there are no windshields here in the U.S and none available in Germany either. so picture this, i buy a car that is considered pricy and something as small as a rock in can stop you from driving the car for weeks or even months and no one has an answer or seem to care much. I was however given the advise to not wash the car or park it in the sun which seem very helpful. My experience and the attitude I was provided with so far feel like I should be honored that I was given the privilege to drive this car, not that I'm a valued customer who bough a car that could be categorized as slightly pricy. not saying this is what will happen to every customer but that is my experience so far and does not seem like it is getting better. hopefully your experience is better than mine so good luck More
