I own a 2015 Cayenne diesel. This is my second visit to Gaudin of Las Vegas service department. Erica King is my service advisor and she has always been upfront and very honest This is my second visit to Gaudin of Las Vegas service department. Erica King is my service advisor and she has always been upfront and very honest with what the shop is going to do. This last visit my car was in limp mode. I had to tow it to the dealership to get it fixed. They were able to diagnose the problem Get it handled and call me that they were test driving it for two days before they were going to let it go to me. They wanted to make sure that it was done before I drove the 200 miles to get it. That is Service above and beyond in my opinion Thank you Erika and Gaudin Las Vegas service team. While I was there, I met Tim Kham, The general manager and he was a wonderful help as well. Five stars for these guys and this is where I will always come back even though it’s quite a distance. More

I travel the country with my Porsche and have had the opportunity to visit many different dealerships along the way. Gaudin Porsche has been the most honest, helpful and friendly of them all. No pushy sa opportunity to visit many different dealerships along the way. Gaudin Porsche has been the most honest, helpful and friendly of them all. No pushy sales trying to up sell me on extra parts, which I experienced in the past. My key was almost broken, so my service manager, Keyan gave me a new one at no cost. In Arizona I didn’t have a very good experience, and was told something different than what was needed for my Porsche. Keyan made some calls and helped me find out exactly what was needed now and future service. Gaudin really go above and beyond to help. I can’t say enough good things about this amazing location.
