When I got back to MN all the paper work was waiting and taken care of promptly, in and out of the DMV in 10 minutes. Try that in NV! All in all a very pleasant experience. Now I am back here in LAS there is a FREE car wash on Saturdays. Maybe I can get Carl or Keli to buy breakfast while I am waiting LOL. No harm in asking! They gave me a great price for my trade. The paper work , since I do not live in Nevada was handled by Keli in the title and regtristration dept. This went very smoth. She even fedexed the paper work overnight so we could get it plated quickly in Arizona. Now for the best part to show you how far Gaudin will go for you. I purchased a new Jaguar 2014 XJ-L over the telephone on the day before thanksgiving. I was not aware that I had to be in Las Vegas by Saturday (after Thursday Thanksgiving) to get a Jaguar rebate that expired on Saturday at midnight. Since it was a holiday weekend and I am a widower with 3 dogs I could not find a kennel to board my dogs, they were full. Then Gaudin had a well experienced salesman from the dealership drive the cars 800 miles round trip to deliver the car to me on Friday , after Thanksgiving. Otherwise the deal was dead. The kind salesman was Mark Thomas , who in one day (as I said ) drove 400 miles to deliver my new car and another 400 miles to drive back to his home in Las Vegas. So he actually miss a long holiday weekend due to delivering my car. Note that this also saved me considerable time and money, Then on Monday Keli took over and the title and registration process went very very smoth. Why wold I ever buy a car anywhere else? I wont More

Ordered a part online for my Jaguar. Shipping was normal for FedEx Ground for the size / weight. Web site does note that large bulky items will have more shipping costs than what the computer calculates but for FedEx Ground for the size / weight. Web site does note that large bulky items will have more shipping costs than what the computer calculates but knowing the size and weight and using my fedex rater I knew the shipping costs were in line. Placed my order. Got a reply that the shipping cost were 3 times what was origionally shown and they needed my approval before proceeding. I replied to ship it using my FedEx # (since I knew what my cost would be and it was a lot less) and they could keep the shipping costs ($32) that were originally quoted (pure bottom line profit to them). Got a reply they can't do that and they were canceling my order. Bull shoot. Total our way or the highway mentality. Got it from another dealer for just $20 more. More
