Great dealer and salesperson EXCEPT did not honor Price Protection. My 2021 Mach-E flipped to a 2022 on 10/1. Ford kicked in $750 to make up for the price difference at that time. Price Protection appl Protection. My 2021 Mach-E flipped to a 2022 on 10/1. Ford kicked in $750 to make up for the price difference at that time. Price Protection applied to cars ordered prior to 12/8. Well Gaudin said the 2022 was invoiced on 1/3/22, not in October when Ford flipped me to a 2022. This makes no sense since 1/3/22 was the *build* week. Vehicle should have been invoiced in October when the flip took place. So, I am out the $1000 price increase that took place after 12/7 unless Gaudin straightens this out. Tried to see the General Manager but he/she is never there. More
